Heyer Quality Construction

We had been contemplating an addition to our home for quite some time. This past January we took some initial steps and had plans drawn up. We interviewed a dozen builders but were not thrilled with any of them. We were going to scrap the project and move but a relative referred us to Chris Heyer at Heyer Quality Construction. We're glad we received that referral and we're glad we met Chris. During our first meeting with Chris, a few things he said stood out: he said that when done, no one would be able to tell that anything was done, his cost estimates would be extremely accurate and finally, he would to minimize the impact of the construction on are daily activities. Fortunately, he was spot on! The budget came in right on target (except for the changes we made along the way). One cannot tell any work was done. In fact, we had an appraisal done after construction and the appraiser could not figure out the old and the new. Chris worked extremely hard to ensure that the construction had minimal impact on our ability to live in the house during construction. This project involved relocating the laundry room, AC and Water Heater. Most of the builders we spoke with told us we would have to live without those items for parts of the project. One builder even told us to save our quarters and find a good laundromat. Chris worked tirelessly to ensure we were never without AC, Hot Water or Laundry for more than a few hours. Chris was also extremely responsive, easy to get a hold of when we needed and was consistently on the job-site. We could not be happier with the results of our addition and strongly recommend Chris Heyer/Heyer Quality Construction.
