 + -1 moreThe provider went out of his way to change their schedule so that someone could come to my house the next a.m. to address the problem. While one gentlemen stayed outside to work, the other one came in periodically to explain what they were doing and then patiently explained what they found and how they addressed it and also fixed a small leak which had caused some dripping in the garage. All questions I had were answered and explained to my satisfaction. I would use them again.
Description of Work: A/C was not cooling. Two gentlemen appeared right on time and went to work to detect the issue. They wanted maintenance history and took their time to thoroughly check out the unit. The provider also advised the former provider left evidence that they were looking for a leak but never informed me of this concern. The A/C was repaired.
