Description of Work: Everything about this company is absolutely superlative, and our experiences with them have always been positive in every way. H & R Building Construction is run with integrity and a work ethic based on attention to detail and quality. The first time we used this company, our air conditioner’s air handler had to be moved from the attic. In addition, the ducting was old and in disrepair. Horace and his men did a tremendous job moving the air handler, redoing all the duct work and returns, and reconstructing a closet – nicely done so that we lost only minimal closet space – and making the ceiling and walls, where changes were made, look as good as new. They matched paint, wall textures, and ceiling textures perfectly. All of the work done showed supreme quality that is hard to get these days. It was excellent. They were always prompt, were extremely neat and courteous, and exceeded our very highest expectations. The cost was very reasonable, and Horace explained everything to us along the way. I have recommended H & R Building Construction to numerous friends and neighbors, and everyone has had similar experiences. In terms of quality, price, and professionalism, this was the very best experience I have ever had in hiring a company to do something in my home.

Description of Work: Mr. Murillo had to replace our complete air conditioning system. He came in promptly and began his work immediately. He had to knock down and rebuild part of the housing that the old air was on. He also came prepared with his computer and all billing, recepts and warranties were completed before he left. This was a holiday weekend and we were under a hurricane warning. He started at 8:00 AM and finished around 6:00. My husband put up hurricane shutters while he worked. Mr. Murillo had not put up his shutters yet he stayed until the job was complete knowing that his wife was at home with babies and she was worried.
