+ 3 moreI have been using Mike Spinney and Gulfshore Exteriors for exterior home maintenance for the last 3 years. I first met Mike when a colleague referred him to me for pressure washing services. He seemed honest and gave me a fair estimate for cleaning my home and he was able to provide me documentation of licensure and insurance ? which made the choice easy for me. Mike and his team showed up on-time as scheduled, they completed the job as promised, cleaned up the mess and I was charged exactly what I had been quoted.Since that time, I have had GulfShore clean my front paver patio area and driveway, my whole house again, and I have called Mike to do some tree trimming and painting work for me. I have always been satisfied with his work and pricing, I will continue to use him going forward.
Description of Work: I have had multiple services performed by GulfShore Exteriors including: pressure cleaning, roof cleaning, tree trimming and painting. Most recently Mike and his team washed my house, gutters, soffits, driveway and paver walkways in mid-July 2014 for $250.
