I bought my condo in 2006 from Brian Strzyz, owner and broker of Gulf Coast Realty and Investment Group. ?I was extremely happy with my decision in working with Brian. Anytime I had a problem or question he was always there. I never got an answering machine or had to call an office late at night. He answers all phone calls himself, on his cell, and handles everything himself. No secretary, no middle man, it was kinda like the old school days before everyone got too big for their britches. That's why I continue to use him; for a vacation rental and recently an annual rental. I have also referred a friend from Ohio to him and a friends' parents. They couldn't be happier!?

I purchased a condo from Brian Strzyz, the owner of Gulf Coast Realty & Investment Group. I was very pleased with my entire transaction. It was my first home and Brian seemed very concerned with making sure I was comfortable with everything. He knew the area very well and went above and beyond for me. He even helped me organize my move. I have referred many people to him who have been extremely happy. He has sold a few of my friends from Canada homes and is now managing their properties for them. When my family came to visit from Ohio last July, I called him and he had a very nice 4 bedroom waterfront rental that we were able to get for 2 weeks. This house had new bikes, beach chairs, etc...They were very happy with their vacation! I continue to speak with him when I have questions about things like my taxes or insurances changes. He is always happy to help.
