We have had considerable problems with this company. When they started cleaning our pool for a month they cleaned the neighbor’s pool because their technician went to the wrong house. They installed a Pentair automation system which gave considerable trouble, largely because they did not seem to understand it or know how to make it work properly. We had to call in another more expert company to remediate and sort it all out. In October 2016 that cleaned our pool deck with a pressure cleaner. In the course of this they blew out a number of lanai screen panels and stripped a couple of inches off the coating on our safety rail. It have taken month of emails, phone calls and threatening legal action to get any movement on this. Finally in January the screens were fixed and the rail replacement promised for early February. As of 2/18 it has not been replaced and we haven’t heard anything from them. Dalton, the owner, is too busy or too scared to talk to us directly and his sidekick Matt I a pleasant kid who had no idea how to handle customer service issues. We are taking this to the Better Business Bureau and ultimately S mall Claims Court. I see they have many good reviews and I respect that but my opinion is that as there are so many choices you should avoid doing business with this company.
