+ -1 moreDo not do business with this company. Did part of the work in December 2023. Tony had to come back because the part was on back order. I sent a couple emails and he admitted he forgot. No biggie. Tony said he'd be out the following week and that was the week of 2/05/24. I sent an email on Wednesday and called to no avail. At this point, I just want my money returned.
Description of Work: Rescreen and screen door fixed.

Description of Work: I called this company on a Saturday morning, left a message, and got a response indicating someone would call me back on the following Monday. No one called, so I called again and left another message. No response to the second message, so I called a third time and received no response to the third message. I gave up. I am still looking for someone who does screen repair.

Description of Work: Replaced screening in two cage doors with aluminum so dogs would not scratch, new sweeps. Replaced one small area and one large area of screening in pool cage. Gene had built the cage when we finished the pool. Excellent work.

+ -1 moreGene Gene came out that morning and replaced the top panel and others that were about to rip. I also had some bottom panels replaced with stronger pet screen. The following day another panel was torn, so I ended up having the entire rest of the bottom replaced with pet screen. It is more expensive, but it lasts 20 years and my cats won't rip it. They gave me a discount and also replaced the cage bolts for a discount, without even asking. They were very friendly, professional and were available the same day.
Description of Work: My 9 cats all have claws, except for one. One is especially naughty and climbs to the top lanai screen panel. He tore a panel and was outside running around! My other cats soon found the hole and I had to wrangle everyone inside. I needed someone to come out that day because my cats are not happy being stuck in the house!
