Description of Work: We have use this company for the last three years to maintain our air conditioning/heating. Three years ago they changed their schedule to install a humidistat just before we left for the summer. The latest experience involved what appeared to be a water leak and a sizable temperature differential between internal temperature and set cooling temperature. As this company has weekend hours, he arrived on Sunday afternoon discovering the drain pipe for moisture condensation no longer drained steadily downward due to a reconfiguration from a water heater installation. He pinpointed the problem immediately and with slight changes in the pipe remedied the situation.

Description of Work: He put Freon in our air conditioner and tested the ac. Our ac is old, we've had it since our home was built in 1989 and he said we've been quite lucky to have it that long without replacing it. We already knew that. It's cold again and we plan on replacing it sometime between November and January when Gary Neis Heating and AC typically give 10% off a new unit during those months. I only guessed at the above amount because I didn't pay it.

+ -1 moreThe high ratings I gave sum up the experience. The service provider was most willing to answer any questions I posed. Last year they put in a humidistat with which we were so pleased. Complete instructions were left. All the arrangements were made just days prior to our snow bird departure. Their name is left with the home watcher company.

+ -1 moreWe've been with this Company for many years, starting with the Father, and now the son. We called to make an appointment for them to come out to see why our air conditioner was not blowing cold air. Was told they would be at our house at 3:00 pm. We mentioned we would have to leave work to meet them at the house, and was told that would be fine. Well, 3:00 came and went with no call, so we called and asked why someone didn't call and let us know they would be late. The girl answering their phone, was very rude and told us they did not need us for customers anymore, when we told them we wasted our time leaving work for nothing. It's very unfortunate that when season is here, they forget who uses them when their work load is slower.

+ -1 moreHe is very honest and upfront about the repairs. He is very responsive and prompt, he will show up with short notice. He is very experienced and has been doing this type of work for years. They are a family business, his son works with him as well.
Description of Work: He came and fixed a wire repairing the A/C. Both times that I have had him out to fix my A/C he has found cost effective solutions for the 16 year old system.
