Frank and Son's Moving and Storage Inc

This company went Beyond the Call of Duty with this move. The crew led by Rich had to navigate a three story stairwell in a new apartment in Cape Coral in weather that had a heat index of over 105 degrees. They wrapped the couches so they were not damaged. Not one other piece of furniture had so much as a scratch put on it. They completed the move within a reasonable amount of time considering the conditions. This is the fourth time I have used this company and will be using them again in about 10 months. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

I have used this company probably 12 times over the last 10 years. I would not call anyone else. Jim and his crew are the best!!

There aren't enough words to describe the excellent service and care this company provides to our pets. While away we get twice-daily updates on our cats. They has always been receptive to special let needs and very understanding when cancellations are necessary.

This is the third year in a row I have used this company and this is also my third review on Angie's List. Like the prior two reviews this company was great!!! They are on time, careful with the furniture, professional, and the price charged was very competitive. Most importantly they are fast and honest to deal with. I will definitely use Frank and Sons in the future. Contact Robin to get the move set up and ask to have Rich's crew move your furniture.

My issue is they have lost 2 of my boxes, they said they didn't know the process since they "never lost a box", and when I finally opened everything up I realized approximately what I don't have. After calling the girl in the office she said the boss would call me monday. Several weeks later nothing, and when I called the woman said I should have had insurance on it. I pointed out they are licenced and insured, and the box was in their custody. All she could say was I should have insurance on it. It's just their whole attitude. If I could give them them a worse grade than an F I would. Ok they lost my box, but they have ignored my calls for more than 6 months. Can I replace my things? Yes I can. That's not the point, it's their attitude. The movers themselves were there when they said they would be there, the movers were wonderful, my issue is the office staff.

Jim and his crew packed up our 3 bedroom home (we had pre-packed quite a lot) in 4 hours - very carefully and professionally. The next day they moved our belongings from Cape Coral to Ft Myers. Again, the workers were professional, careful and courteous. We had no damage and were very pleased with the move.

We had disorder so we needed somebody for like an hour to help rearrange the furniture so it was pretty quick and easy. Honestly I don't think I'd call them again. It wasn't the most wonderful experience but it could have been worse. I didn't like their people skills a little bit when they were here and their price. It could have been a little more comfortable on the cooperation part.

Everything went very smoothly. They came right on time. Folks were very please and professional.

Our whole experience from, Pick up, storage, and delivery was beautifully handled. Frank & Sons, came out on Jan 22, they were wonderful and made sure that all our furniture was carefully wrapped, they documented every piece and were very careful. We didn't expect our belongings to stay into storage for almost 4 months but, they continuously reassured us that, our belongings were secure and taken care of. When we called to set up delivery in Connecticut, they contact their long distance movers, Wheaton Movers. Wheaton was professional and amazing. From the time they picked up, loaded, documented and made sure all our home items where there and matched up perfectly to the items that Frank & Sons had loaded back in Jan. This is the second time I have used this company. They are great! On time, fast, and they go out of their way to protect your furniture. Extremely helpful when you ask questions and the staff is very friendly. Contact Robin at the home office. Also, ask for the crew run by Rick.

They did an awesome job! I would highly recommend their services to others. They were very pleasant, helpful, professional and handled our items with care. They asked where to place each individual item placed.

These people were great, from my initial contact with Robin to schedule the move, Donna coming to the house for the estimate, and the crew of Alex, Mark, and Ryan that moved the furniture. The guys came right at the beginning of the time window and had my things loaded and moved quickly. Everything was packed and loaded with care, including a piano which was going to a different address. Thanks for the great job!

They arrived on the time negotiated and worked steadily, with one break. I think they only did this because I told them to or they would have kept going. What a fine group of young men. They were courteous and professional. Care was taken with every piece of furniture and equipment. The pricing was, what I consider, very reasonable. I would recommend this company to anyone moving.

I found them to be quick, professional, and very responsive to my parent's wishes. They charged less than their original estimate. I consider moving a nightmare. They made is a less stressful experience. I would highly recommend them.

From the moment they showed up they were polite and professional. They handled my possessions with such care. They were efficient and through. They took extra care with an oversized cabinet I had. They arrived in New York a day earlier than estimated. Mike and Dwayne carefully stored everything in a unit that I rented that was very small. They did an amazing job of fitting everything in. We hired Frank & Sons to help us with the move to our new house. My husband and I could not have been more pleased. First, the crew was professional, courteous, attentive and efficient. We had 6 rooms of furniture and 50-75 boxes, and they were done in less than 4 hours. Second, they showed up on time and worked diligently the entire time. I think they took one or two short breaks. Third, we scheduled our move for later in the week, and when they called to confirm, offered to change it to earlier that week because they had an opening. No extra charge. Lastly but most importantly, the price was very reasonable. The whole move (including two trips to pick up stuff) was less than $800. Well worth the price! We were moved into our new house before lunchtime!!

My experience with Frank and Sons was great from my initial contact with Robin in the office to get information; she consistently responded to me very expediently, and was always friendly and informative. My moving day went very smoothly, and the movers were polite, helpful, and very fast in moving my entire house. Also, their sense of humor helped to make a potentially stressful experience much more pleasant. Finally, their charge for the move was very reasonable. I highly recommend Frank and Sons for your next move!!

They did a great job wrapping furniture and taking care of our things. However, they were about 4 days late with delivery than they estimated

The move was smooth and my furnature was handled in a very professional manor. They also brought along several wardrobe containers which made it very easy for us to just empty all of our closets into them while they were getting the furnature on the truck, then when we arrived at the new place we just put them into the closets without ever taking them off the hangers, done in minutes, and saved us from moving the cloths later as we had planned. They were very prompt and professional. I would use them again in a minute.

This was the second time we used Frank and Sons. The first time, they moved my mother's condo furniture and belongings into an assisted living apartment. (They were great with my mom) This time, they moved several pieces of furniture from a condo into a house. They were able to do it on short notice on the day I wanted. They arrived on time, worked quickly, were very pleasant and professional, drove the furniture to the house, and put it in the rooms as requested. It took less than 4 hours and I was very pleased with their work. I would definitely use them again.

This is the best move we have ever had. The responsiveness of the original appointment, setting a date for the move and being very easy to get in touch with prior to the actual move date. An innovative approach to packing, loading and moving using multiple trucks and additional people on day of move (all their own employees). The employees were courteous and professional and had enough knowledge to know what pieces warranted extra care in packing, loading and placing in the new residence. Very unusual for a moving company!
