Description of Work: Pedro Pardo was our agent while looking to purchase a small 2nd home in Naples. We purchased our home based Pedro's assessment of the property. We spent a weekend in March visiting properties with Pedro then headed back North. Would definitely recommend Pedro to anyone looking to buy or sell a home especially if doing so long distant. Ana from the Title Company came through many times for us during the mortgage process.

Description of Work: bought 2 houses with them-Bodo was Johnny on the spot and was very helpful as I was coming through in a whirlwind tour of 2 days and was shown perhaps 15 houses as well as given insight into the area, and although I did not buy on that trip as more diligence was required I did purchase 2 on my return trip 4 months later, and made several more offers-I dont know how they put up with me

Description of Work: Florida Homes was a nightmare to deal with from the very beginning. They had an entire extra month to get the rental ready for us and failed to even clean the house in that time, causing us to have to clean up last minute while moving in. | |We required work to be done on the well Florida homes sent out a handyman to poison or water for us causing my wife and I both to get sick. We had to hire a water company at our own expense in order to get potable water. | |They sent out an electrician to work on a recurring issue and this guy had his 12-year-old son in the fuse box and up on the roof. The issue was still there when we left but we made the decision to deal with it rather than a lawsuit. | |The list is long and distinguished but the final straw was they stole money from us after we departed the property. The property was cleaner and in better shape than we moved in (we have pictures) but we were charged for additional clean up. They even went as far as taking the last half of our deposit after the 30 day time period expired according to Florida state law. | |My advice is put on your sneakers in run away from this company. From the owner (Bodo) on down to the people working in the office... none of them showed and ounce of competence in the 2 years that we had to deal with them.
