First year went okay except for them mowing down 4 of my seedling baby oaks and the flags I had posted all around them. Second year they had to be called often to come and mow when grass was very tall. Had to cancel numerous yard activities because of tall grass. They would lie and say they cut it previous week. I have surround cameras all around house that records date and time. I also was home almost every time. For some reason they thought I did not live here year round. I never told them I was in the house, watching them use my hose, dress and wash off beside my house after they mowed. The final straw was in July when they decide dto use poison to put around all my shrubs and trees. Did not ask and were never ever told to use anything on my lawn. They killed oaks, rose bush and two large shrubs and stripped the shrubs in back by lanai. Over a month later the shrubs are still damaged. They lied and said no oaks will be fine, not dea. They are DEAD. Manny and Tony are the individuals in charge I assume. I have text messages where he admits to putting the poison and cutting down the oak seedlings. He said he would replace with Shady Lady and oak but would not plant. Not seen them yet and my attorney said we will give them a little bit longer after I fired them. They had the gall to lie and argue that they had mowed lawn previous week when actually it had been 12 days. I was watching them from the house. I have their license numbers of all their vehicles and photos of each of the 6 individuals that have been to my house.
Description of Work: First year of service everything, other than them mowing down all my seedling oaks repeatedly, went okay. Second year they repeatedly would not mow once a week. I had to call them and argue with them. They would lie and say they mowed, when they had not. I live in the house. I have surround cameras that record everything.

Regarding (Member) Located at (Member’s address) we get her as a custumer from real estate angycy who she buy the house from we already are doing th lawn service for the property cuz we also do all the lanscape restoration for this this comapy so when she buy thi\s house instead to fined another lawn sevice company she chooe to use our sevice thats truth she pay 65$ monthly for lawn servie same pprice the real estate comapny pay to us with a differnce we use to cut the lawn ttwo time a month after she getsthe prpety we cut every motn every week some month have five weeks and sometimes we are far behind and were not able to cut lawn like she wants espicific day like she wants she pays every month with no problem she never gave us a check we got it under her floor mat we have no contact in writing but we did the job for her all the time for her with no problem one ocation she plant some kind of baby oak tree at the lawn so when our crew when to cut the lawn our crew cut the baby oak trees away with the lawn movwer cause theirs no flags the trees arte to smal their like 2 inch 3inch over all she call me and she told me about it . i told her i am sorry i will give her an other tree some time evtuly she said ok then she plant another four baby trees 2 are like 3 in nd 6 inch over all she put flags on it this time she plant 2inch trees in the back trees so our lawn crew will be able to see it i have pictures of the baby trees she plant two big trees overall 6ft and july 14i have text messages from her asking me what kind of weed killer we sprayed in her plants cuz already the baby oak trees die being nice because the two baby trees had grass around the trunk and we were afraid our weed wacker man might hit it with the weedwaaacker so i caleed my crew and told them to spray weed killer around the babby trees and flower beds i fell bad to see the flower beds fill with weeds least 12inch overall making the garden look in a bad shape i never thought this nice pupose is going to put me in trouble cuz i did this to be nice with my cutomer i thought she would be proud that i killed the weeds for in the flowerbeds with no charge and instead she she was unhappy and contacted me on july14th she called to ask me what kind of weed killer did we put in her flowerbed cuz the to baby oaks died on the lefthand side shee said that if the two biig ones die that is 300$ each when she means big ones she means the 6ft tall shee just put in she never asked me to pay her for the trees but inmidealy i afford her some palm trees for free i told her i would give a couple palm trees 8ft overall so like that i recompence her with anice ssize palm tree of the lost of the babt oak tree she told me she dont want any palmtrees she is ineteres in oak trees and sherrylady so i told her ok i will fined you and give a oak tree and sherrylady i dont tell her the size the of the size of the sherryladdy i planned a suprise for her always i like being nice to my cutomers my bussiness runs 95% worth of month we try all the time to make our cutomer satified 100% so after i told het i will fine d sherrylady and oak trees she said ok. the reason i dont bring the trfees to her quickly is cuz i cant fined a sherrylad cuz most of the comapany run out of bussiness . i try to fine the sherry lady for her so she can be happy but we came with a lil isuse about the lawn not being cut in time . i am realy sorry to lose a my cutomer but i deside to quit the service for her saturday Aug 27 is the last time i cut the lawn for her after she txt me and told me the lawn has not been cut for 12 days and i know that lawn has been cut i am not sure the day but we always make sure we cut the lawn she said she has camaras all over her property if thats is truth she mogh have the videos recomaand sometimes when my people come back to cut the lawn reason because i mae over to expect a job and its not done right so i send my guys to do it again so the job gets done properlly saturday Aug 27 she told me her camaras are waching us not cut the lawn and i told her is no problem the lawn is cut all the time right now your telling me the grass is tall i am right herer in your house ready to cut the lawn right know iis 5:22 pm andd i am here in person seein your lawn i will take a pic of ur lawn and send it to you and i did i took a pic and put the tapemeasur and send it her after i cut the lawn i take another pic so she can see the lawn is cut after that i told her that sense we start having somany problems with her i am gonna hane to cut lawn service for her aug 27 is the last cut and it was the last cut and also i told her without her asking me anything as soon as i have the sherrylady and oak tree i will bring it to her the only thing she needs to do is plant it i will bring it to her and put it in her property she answerd me i will put your score and you list and i told her thank you so much i try to do better for you in the future when told her i ll bring the trees for her i thought shee was doing something nice inever meet you guys before so ithought she was doing something nice for me writing a few word and magazine or some tthing sense i offerr her the trees after i broke up i still offerd her the trees without her asking me for them so she answerd me noo you will not work for me anymore thankyou very much for you bussiness i will deliver the trees to your house but surprise me when she send me a txt message tuesday sep 13th at 10:19 am the message said where are the trees attorney saiyd to ask you before i proceed and i answerd her procced in what and she answerd back saying my atornney said call the police on you and see you in court . so i answerd her back saying ok she answerd me back with nes and fox 4 news and their interested i gaved them deatails and messages and camara from her yard and you might be in news so i told her thank you so much i am gonna be famouse i told her as well if she wnts to call anuvition . intenatinal channell she send me a message back saying of what not to hire you and i said to her i dont know why you are rejecting my afford see you in court then .i think its realy bad when we are trying to be nice with her and shes just trying to make a big deal that is not worth it i have picture as well for the lil dead oak trees so i can presente theem in court and her messages her par and my part to present in court if thats what she wishes i try to give h\er a pear of trees and instead her thanking me shes trying to take me to court .threathing me with that apperantlly i dont know if it s true but she called you so it migh be real i am trying to bring her a pear of oak trees but know i am afraid that if i bring her the trees but she migh be going on abo it this situation so prbly i should just meet with in court to be done with this matter but if she still wants the trees she is gonna have to sign a contract from my atorrny or her attorny and after i bring them i dont want her to bother me anymore but she neeed to be their in person to do the sign the paper work and recive the trees and if she trys to do some thing agains us in advance future .we still in the position to bring her the trees we hold our word and we will bring them if she wishes she can contact me at 239-333-6847 i will talk to her and set up a date if its her wishes if you have any
