We have them come out to do regular maintenance. They are a great company. Very knowledgeable. They get back to you right away.

The technician was very professional from the beginning. He arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and why it was needed. Walked me through the whole process from beginning to end. Everything was completed on time and the service was great. I had a bad experience with the technician I used last year with this company. Glad I gave them a second chance. I would definitely recommend them.

The team responded quickly to access my broken air conditioner and gave honest feedback about options. Kevin came the next day and got me on the schedule as soon as possible. The crew that installed the system was professional and courteous. Extremely happy with my new system and the follow up to the install. Would highly recommend!

Josh was very polite and spent a couple hours checking everything out and making adjustments to some drain hole issues the installer had not done lined up correctly, explaining to us why it needed to be adjusted so we could keep an eye on it. We were so pleased with his work that we signed up and paid ahead for next years annual maintenance contract.

They came out the next day after I called them. They checked it out and said it was running just fine. The service was no cost and was covered under a warranty. They are very, very good.

Job well done. Very professional work. First Class cleaned the entire mess when finished and followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure we were satisfied with our new ac unit.

The technicians who worked on my home did an excellent job. They were prompt, professional, and friendly. We had a Trane unit installed with a wireless thermostat that works with our smart devices. On the installation day, I was unable to meet the technicians at the end of the day to confirm the quality of the work. When I returned, they neatly laid out the instruction manuals for our new equipment, and the customer service folks scheduled a time the following week to check on us, making sure everything was working properly. I am super pleased with the experience, and when it is time to replace our upstairs unit, I'll make sure to use First Class again.

I have used them for like 9-10 years. They are great. I did at one time go with another company and they were not good so I went back to First Class. They are extremely responsive. They are top notch and been very good to us.

They do the job. We have a contract, and they come twice a year. Of course its expensive. They come twice a year, and keep it clean. They show up when they are suppose to. They installed the units.

They are nice, fast and prompt but then I paid a fortune. Seems ridiculous. The first part wasn't that bad although I would still say too high. $416. They determined it was a leak in a coil and put back in refrigerant. The coil was under warranty. They charged 852 for the work to install it which took approximately 2-2 1/2 hours. Really $400 per hour? That is nuts and there was no breakdown. That isn't the way they do it. They come for an hour $852, 2 hrs 852, 4 hrs 852. flat rate for coil replacement. They put the unit in, only 3 years old and over $1200 for one coil. Seems insane. Can't speak to the quality yet. I would assume it is fixed since it is working. The question seems to be how long. Not sure anyone else is cheaper but next time I think I might call around. I really trusted them when they put the unit in.... now not so much. Apparently there is no undecided button to pick for would you hire again!

Very well! I spoke with office this am and Matt shared that there was a tech. in Estero, who he would send to my Bonita home within 2 hours. "Jose" arrived and diagnosed the problem as being clogged water lines(2). He cleared them, recalibrated thermostats, ensured they were working properly and then called me to report what had occurred and his actions. I was out of town, but trust the team of professional employed there! They continue to surpass my expectations!!!! J.Tomlinson

I cannot be more pleased with my choice of this HVAC Co. for multiple reasons. The price was expensive, but they all are! 1St Class. was well within the bounds that I anticipated. Since the installation, they have been sooooo very responsive to questions as well as issues with the system. They are prompt, smart, and always willing to make sure this customer understands all the tech-related topics. Let me share an example. I received a voicemail from suzie in their office reminding me of an appointment next week. Thinking there was aconflict, I called back Sat. and got 7 x 24 answering service. I expected to receive a call on Monday, but instead the operator contacted their on call tech "Frank" who called Suzie at home and then called me to reassure me. If you know another co. that is that responsive and thorough, please tell me. I have gotten Frank for service, but Brad(Sales team) and Matt ( Technical Lead) and of course Suzie remain the best people. Each seems to truly care about the customer....and that comes across to me in each exchange. I recommend them without reservation.

This company was recommended by a neighbor. I called them for service when my system went down. Their service man was here very promptly. After a short while he had diagnosed the problem and showed me around the entire system. My units were of age and had considerable amounts of rust and corrosion. I decided rather than spend money on the old stuff maybe it's time for new. Their salesman Kevin came right and went over everything in great detail with many options. The install team (Frank, Polo, Ryan and Billy) showed up on time and worked all day. they were very neat and professional and didn't mind me watching them work. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors.

After installation my kids rooms had very poor air conditioning , they came a couple of times worked on it , got fed up called someone else also no help. Then all of the sudden the guy that services my air conditioning told me that there was mold in the distribution boxes, I called First Class,they came and they blamed the air conditioning company because I installed closed cell attic insulation and First Class said that if was the foam that was causing problem, I called the foam insulation company and they said that they installed many of this foam and that it does not cause boxes to be wet, then I called First Class again and they said that they would not do anything because I had someone else look at the ducts. My air conditioning company Fl Green Team told me : "Foil Vapor barrier tucked under insulation causing sweating and moisture around connections",also ducts not hung up touching insulation and sweatting.In areas that they used strap to hang ducts, crushing and making air to slow down. correction : Disconect flex connections untuck vapor barrier and re-connect using insulation over collars, hang up ducts using styrofoam egg crates to avoid moisture and avoid crushing. By First Class not taking care of the problem, I have to pay Fl Green Team $2700 to fix damage

I had a 2 unit system installed in August last year. There have been systemic glitches and factory updates needed to ensure the system is properly working. That said, I would recommend the company without reservation. I have had 3 techs for various calls and each was smart, responsive and on time. They take whatever time is necessary and patiently explain the operation and expectations. Whether we are in town or away, the effort on their part remains unchanged. My sales rep Brad and the technology lead Matt should have considered social work as a career because each of them has been tremendous from the sales estimate to a service call today. I believe they are large enough to respond 7 x 24, and yet not so big that a customer becomes simply a number. I am submitting this positive response to acknowledge them my because I assure you I have also submitted reviews on less than favorable vendors as well.

Our air conditioner would not run. Frank Rivera and his assistant came out promptly, and found the problem. They replaced the run capacitor and the air conditioner is now working. We are very happy with his quick service on what must have been a busy day (Monday and way over ninety). In the future, he will be the one we call.

The technician arrived on time and proceeded to clean and test both air handler and outdoor condenser unit. Ryan was thorough and professional. Very happy with service. Have used company in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
