+ 1 moreHis name was Dan Lancaster. He did all the things that you need done when you first move in. He did so much that it is hard to remember. We were totally satisfied. He is honest and a gentleman. The price was less than we expected and we got our money's worth. I had to call him back because I couldn't figure out why the smoke detectors were beeping and he did the trouble shooting over the phone while my husband fixed it. We didn't realize that they were hot-wired, as well as had battery. Everybody should have a handyman like Dan. We are using him again.
Description of Work: We used Expert Handyman Services for minor plumbing work, which involved putting back into shape the garbage disposal and one of the spouts in the bathroom. He did many handyman jobs. He hung some shelves, put up smoke detectors and hung shower rods. He took down blinds in the bedrooms and put new ones up. He took down the recessed lighting holders so we could wash them. He did all the vents.
