Installer was punctual, courteous, focused, and professional. Had everything needed to complete the repair. There was a problem with some of the compounds (the temperature was elevated because the previous job was an outdoor pool and the materials had been sitting in the sun, so the coating set up faster than normal and created some bubbling). He came back the next morning and finished the repairs. The total cost was less than 10% of replacement cost! We are extremely well satisfied. Would highly recommend.
