Initially it went well. However, new hardware for our cage doors was promised and never installed. I had to clean up all the dust and debris left on the inside of the cage where anchor screws were replaced and old frame posts were removed. Then I made the mistake of paying Damien before realizing they'd missed rescreening 4 small panels adjacent to the roof. He promised to finish the job the next day. Days stretched into weeks, then months. He never finished the job after repeated emails, calls and promises. I had another screening project I was going to have him do, needless to say he won't be doing that job.
Description of Work: All side panels needed replacement, and decided to improve canal view by changing over to a picture window frame.

Had an appointment for Monday, the 15th of May. Had to postpone to the 16th. Showed up late on the 16th, around 11 AM, looked at job and realized he did not have correct spline to insert screen into my pool cage frame. Left to obtain spline, was gone for two hours (I guess he got lunch, too). Came back and installed screens. Initially, they looked fine, but the NEXT DAY, saw some spots had already popped out of the spline receiver. After checking myself with a ladder what had happened, out of six screen panels replaced, all about 8 feet by 25 feet long, four had already popped out of the receiver. Two I was able to reset myself, but the other two were either stretched way too taut to replace in the receiver, and one was simply torn at the receiver. The guy who did that particular panel knew that I would not be able to see it from the ground (since it was a roof screen), so he just left it torn for me to find later. Damian, the head of the company insisted on a cash payment, and said the price I got was a cash price. I complied, but that is a red flag if I ever saw one. Just want to warn all you folks with hurricane damage to steer clear of this guy. Pictures show the screens the day after he completed the job. Notice all the splines popped out. Tried multiple times to have Damian come back to fix, and he just ignored my calls and texts.
Description of Work: There was a hail storm on Marco Island, with multiple holes blown in my roof screens on my pool cage. All roof screens needed to be replaced.
