BEWARE!!!! THIS IS A SCAM! Rick West will give you a quote, ask for a deposit and you will never see him again! He has a criminal record for scamming in the SW FL area! He will come in with an estimate lower than anyone else, but not very much lower. Occasionally he will do a small part of a job, but usually he will perform no work. Phone calls will not be returned.
Description of Work: I was given an estimate for screen replacement and installation of a garage door screen.

Half of the time they didn't show up. When they did show up, they didn't finish the work. I had to hire another contractor to finish their work. You cannot reach them by telephone or mail.
Description of Work: In June I signed up to have new gutters and windows put on my home.
