Dupont Cleaning Solutions

We have hired DuPont Cleaning Solutions for an after construction cleaning for a two bedroom apartment in Naples. The communication was very easy and everything seemed to work out great in the beginning. The apartment was empty, no furniture inside and it needed a thorough clean. There were 3 ladies in the team, including the owner. After 2.5 hours I was informed that the job was done. I checked their work immediately and realized that certain areas were not cleaned and full of dust. The more I went into details the more it showed the sloppy job that was done. Even with very clear instructions they failed to clean it properly. Dust in drawers, vanities not cleaned, windows dirty, left with paint drops, shower floors dirty, etc., etc. We paid $240 for a service that was poorly executed. When I informed the owner about my findings, she didn't even respond. I certainly can not recommend this cleaning service.

This group was fantastic! Most cleaning services I have used in the past have shown a reduction in quality over time but this was not the case with DuPont, they maintained a high level of quality every time they cleaned for us. They were extremely professional and reliable and they are a wonderful group of people. I would give them my highest recommendation,
