Dr Spa

Nice folks to work with. Extremely responsive, always available, always ready to help. They had to coordinate with another company who was installing a lanai/cage, and the two companies had an excellent working relationship. The entire process was started in late November, 2011, and completed in March, 2012. There were some delays for permits, but we were obtaining those over the Christmas/New Years holidays when the county government was short-staffed. There were only two minor glitches along the way which were easily corrected. The original hole for the spa was slightly off-center so some additional digging had to take place. Also, the height of the spa had to be refigured to match the height of the lanai. Dr Spa actually provided a special finish for the interior of the spa at no additional cost to us. The workers who were in and out were of the highest quality. They were all extremely pleasant, and we enjoyed getting to know them. The end result is, as we see it, the most beautiful spa in Naples. We are enjoying it daily, and our friends have all remarked on the exceptional quality and beauty. Thanks to Tim Cooke and his staff for making all this possible.

Called Dr. Spa from reference from another pool company who said they were the only company that would fix a stand-alone fiberglass hot tub. Made an appt for the following Wednesday morning. Waited all day with no phone call. Called Dr. Spa the next morning to find out what happened. They did not apologize for me missing work all day. They did offer that they were busy with other jobs. They offered to make another appointment, so I did for the next Friday morning. I was told they "should be able to get someone out there" in the morning. Again, all day Friday went by with no repairman or phone call. I won't call this company again.
