Description of Work: unclogged drain pan and made diverted drip tube outside away from my door area so that it is no longer over side door from garage to outside

Description of Work: They replaced our 19 year old A/C unit with a new 3 ton 16 seer Ruud and they routed new copper pipes through our attic.

Description of Work: I've used Delta T for years. I called for a "spring checkup." The technician arrived on time and checked out the outside compressor unit. He immediately told me it was 20 years old, beyond service, and I needed to change it out soon. He did no additional work and never inspected the air handler in the garage attic. He said he had a one time special and could change out the outside compressor unit within a couple of days if I didn't mind using a "display model" they had on the show room floor. This was to be a 3 1/2 ton 13 seer unit with the old type refrigerant to match the attic unit for $2850.00 including permit fees.. I asked them to give me a day or two. It just so happened that day that I looked in the services section of the local news paper and found another a/c ad. I called licensing and made sure they were legitimate and then made an appointment to have my a/c units inspected. They offered to completely change out my entire a/c for $2990.00, inside and outside, with a 4 ton 16 seer unit. I signed a contract with the new guy and told Delta T I no longer needed their assistance. They promptly sent me a bill for a service call they never rendered. I paid it without complaint thinking it was a good learning experience for me. I won't use Delta T again.

Description of Work: Today's work was under warranty and they replaced a part at no charge, but I've used this company several times for other A/C repairs and service work.
