I was considering purchasing a new home, browsing the paper and the Internet but in no real rush to buy, and in fact, I already had in mind a Realtor I was planning to use. Although I found the house did not meet my expectations, the Realtor showing it to me exceeded them. She was polite but not at all pushy and emailed me area listings that met my exact specifications. Deena accompanied me to my choice of a mortgage broker and translated the legalese into laymen's terms and assisted me to choose a mortgage. Over the next few weeks, Deena showed me many properties, some more than once yet never displayed a hint of impatience. She met with me after business hours to get my offer in quickly and even delayed her vacation so I could close on the date I chose. I am now living in my dream home and I thank Deena for helping make that dream a reality.
