I would never recommend this company again he wanted payment before finishing the work and to this day he has still never completed the job. I continue to call him on a monthly basis my next step would to be to contact the local media to let the rest of the area know how this man operates .

We signed a contract on April 17th, 2014. The construction began about 4 weeks later and continued to work on the porch approximately 1 day a week. The porch was completed the last week in June. The roof has leaked and continues to leak. When I say leak, I'm referring to water pouring in between the original roof and the new addition. We have been dealing with the leaking roof for 3 weeks!! Someone has come out to fix the roof on three occasions and each time the roof leaks worse than it did in the beginning. The builder insists it's a roof problem not his construction! Another 3 weeks have passed and the roof still leaks. Todays date is August 4th, 2014. Looks like I'll have to call someone else to fix it.
Description of Work: He was to install a screen room on each side of the existing porch, gutter and trim and downspouts, plus handrails, site permit and engineering.

THIS WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH A CONTRACTOR EVER. *** DO NOT USE *** I had to hire another contractor to finish the job after fighting with Dave for 2 months to try to get him to complete the work, always with the same lame excuse. Summary: I bought a house in Cape Coral, Florida in July, 2013. The seller was supposed to repair the pool screen, but it was not completed at closing. The sellers agent sent Dave over to look at the screen. I contracted with Dave to replace all of the pool screen, at a rate of $1 per square foot, and to move the existing door to line up with the patio. The total amount was $2,600. I paid Dave a deposit of $800 and returned to Michigan. On Tuesday, August 6, 2013 Dave called me to tell me that he was almost done with the pool cage. He wanted to receive a check by Friday. I hurried to send out a check to him for the balance die of $1,800 by Priority Mail so that he would receive it by Friday. I thought he would finish the job that week. I asked my Property Management company to check to see that the pool screen was finished. Two weeks later, they let me know that most of the screen had been replaced, except for the screen around the door that was supposed to be moved. That screen was missing - leaving the pool & lanai area unusable - and the door had not been moved. I called Dave to ask him what was going on. He explained that he had been having some problems with his truck and promised that he would go out to move the door and finish the screen. I had some tenants move into the house in September, and again called Dave to ask him when he was going to move the door and finish the screen. Again I got the same, lame excuse about the truck. Dave promised to finish the job. The tenants were supposed to move into teh house on September 7th. My Property Management company again let me know that the door had not been moved, the screen was still missing, and that the lanai was not usable. I gave them Dav'es number, They called Dave, and he **PROMISED** that he would finish the job teh next Monday. I also called him, he have me the same old excuse - problems with his truck - and promised me taht he would fininsh the job the next Monday. In teh midst of all of this, the Realtor taht I had used to pusrchse teh house became awae of teh problem, and he also caled Dave and got eth same promise. Monday came & went. I had property management go out each day to check to see if Dave had finished the job. When nothing was done, I called Eric's Rescreeing. Eric went out teh nextday, gave me an estimate, and finished teh job 2 days later. Dave Cesa still owes me a refund of $300 for the door that he never moved, plus $100 for the missing screens. He never finished teh job! Just to be clear, this is the contractor being reviewed: Dave Cesa Aluminum Enclosures Inc PO Box 150190 Cape Coral,FL 33915 (239) 910-3344

He came in and took a look then told me what he could do. He reused parts and he didn't have to do that. He kept the price down as much as he could, I thought that was very nice of him.
