Never experienced anything like this. Lowes sent this repair company to my home to repair my microwave in Nov 2022. To date the microwave still is not repaired (4/2023). Each time I called they stated the parts were not in yet. I asked is this long period of time normal and they stated yes. I could not believe that so I called Lowes to report them and come to find out the appliance service closed out the tix stating it was repaired and got paid for it. RUNNNNNNN far from these crooks and DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

This company could care less if a customer is happy. Their only concern is billable hours. When someone calls with a three year old LG refrigerator ITS ALWAYS THE COMPRESSOR. On Friday I speak with Audrey who assures me the technician will have a compressor on the truck. That’s not what happened and in order to get a compressor from Jacksonville will take god knows how long. After being without refrigeration for four days I have decided I will be a Sub Zero gal in order to avoid this unpleasantness.

Unfortunately, this company was contracted through LG to investigate my LG washer after it blew up causing water damage throughout my house. Months later they sent me the bill. I left a message on their answering machine asking if it was in error since they were contracted through LG, investigated, and then reported back to LG. I asked to be called back if indeed I owed this money. I never received a phone call back. Fast forward 2 mos and my new Electrolux dryer stops working (I promise I am not **** ** my appliances:) and they contact Customer Care Appliance to come look at it under warranty. The appt is set on a Friday for the following Tues. I have to work so I have someone sit there for the 4 hour window and CCA never shows and then reports back to Electrolux that I owe them money. What I was not expecting was the hostility that I received from the manager, Sara Smith (real name??), when I called to ask about the bill. She responded curtly that they were not going to call me back after my msg since I was not going to pay it (never said that). When I tried to explain the situation she was rude, aggressive , and unreasonable. It is unbelievable that anyone owning a small business would act in this manner and even more unbelievable that large companies would use their services.
