I am in a wheel chair. I can't drive off of a flat, hard surface. I hired them to build a sidewalk around my house. Ryan Rogers said he builds sidewalks and claims they do a good job. Part of building the sidewalks included moving the sprinkler heads out from the edge of the house beyond the edge of the sidewalk. I did something dumb and stupid in this whole deal, I paid him before he was done. What a mistake.... Not only did he not finish, but he won't even return a phone call. Even worse, two of the sprinkler heads were detached from the main feed, and nothing was done to plug the holes in the feed line. Water just shoots out of the ground near the edge of one part and has completely undermined the sidewalk in another area. All in all the man lacks any integrity. His work is sub-par on any level you might use to measure it. Not only are the sides not parallel, and in one place is just wide enough to squeak through without falling of the edge of the walk, other areas were cracked, and not one edge is finished, just raw jagged concrete. There are many areas where there are puddles after it rains. Many surface areas are wavy and look like something a young child would do. All in all I am very displeased with their work. I had another company, Pool King, come in a redo much of their work. Pool King pointed out numerous areas that were not done correctly and would probably fail in short order, where if done correctly they would last many years. To say the very least, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone to do anything. All in all, it was a great waste of money I had to borrow to have the work done.
