Contacted twice with no response - life is too short

They do what they came out to do, and are timely, that's all I ask for with a pool cleaning company.

In Florida, one must be very cautious about any company's use of sub-contractors. If the general contractor doesn't properly pay his subs, the subs can come after you! You, in essence may pay twice. This company's online and business card presentation indicates a brick and mortar office. They have a PO box with it's number listed as if it were an address/suite number in a strip mall. I have no idea how well this company pays its subcontractors. I was uncomfortable with the reposnses given by one of the principals to some hard questions about their use of subs. The conversation degraded rapidly from there. The meeting ended in ten minutes with the only agreement reached being we would not be doing any business.

They do a great job. Each time they check everything, brush the sides of the pool, and let me know if there is anything that needs to be done. They have installed a salt system and a new pump for me. I am very happy with their service. They are a pleasure to deal with. I had my Lanai cleaned with a bleach type chemical and was worried that the PH in the pool may have gone out of balance. I called them up to ask if they could check it for me. Ten minutes later they arrived and checked all the pool chemicals. Great service!!!

The company was excellent.They were fairly priced, always on time, always listened to us and had a great crew. They were great!
