Description of Work: DO: Hire call Craig Cunha for your real estate needs. HOW DID IT GO OVERALL? TELL US THE STORY FROM START TO FINISH. In my retirement $ I had $75,000 tied to the stock market. I could sense that it was going to take a nosedive and I made up my mind that I wasn't going to take a hit like I did in 2008. I wanted a tangible investment that was not emotion driven. I spent about six to nine months researching real estate locations, using studies on safety/low crime rate, availability of shopping, parks, beaches, medical services, etc. and very good deals on property. The result: Cape Coral, Florida. Amazing properties at low prices. I was extremely fortunate to have found Craig online by asking e-mailing questions of realtors pertaining to properties for sale. Craig is totally honest and proved his promise to me early in my search that he would treat me like family. Later he promised he would treat my house as if it were his own. He absolutely did. I bought the property for $55,000. I had it totally remodeled by a wonderful contractor who went above and beyond the call of duty -- Bill Barry, Pinnacle, spending an additional $17,000. The three bedroom, two bath home had great bones to begin with. It now has all new carpeting, kitchen cabinets, solid surface counter tops, new screened Lanai, beautiful new Reclinata Palm in the rock garden, dry wall replaced where needed, all plumbing and electrical upgraded or replaced, all new lighting including a beautiful brushed nickel chandelier in the dining room. THE PLACE IS STUNNING!!! Since I live in the midwest, will be leasing the property out for the next two years until we retire, Craig is the one who interviewed and sent me info so I could choose the right contractor. Craig passed the keys along when necessary to various workers, acted as recipient when appliances arrived, and helped me find and hire an excellent gardener. Would I do this again??? IN A HEARTBEAT!
