Description of Work: Our tenants called and told us the a/c was blowing but was not cold. We contacted our home warranty company and they sent out a company to check it out. That other company told us the entire system was shot and tried to sell us a whole new system to the tune of $10,400 which included $3000 worth of brand new duct work. It made no sense to me to remove all the duct work that was in perfectly good condition only to replace it. We then called Marty at Country Air & Heat on the recommendation of a friend. He told us that the ducts are in perfect condition and very clean and do not need to be replaced. He repaired the condensor for$199 and told us the system is old but "running like a champ". He then quoted us a price of $4200 to replace the condensor and the air handler when we are ready, but recommended letting the old one be for now. We greatly appreciate the ethical and honest service. Marty showed up when he said he would, followed up with phone calls to let us know what was happening since we live 1500 miles away. His prices are very fair and only recommends and performs necesary work. When the time comes to update our system he has earned our trust and will get the job. THNNK YOU MARTY!!!
