Tech immediately tells me his test indicates a bad power bar, and both tv and tuner need replacing...both are damaged by maybe lightning strike. I pay him $215. Later I go to Best Buy and purchase all new equipment and arrange for them to install. Installation techs come in one week later and check system out before dismantling and find every component diagnosed bad was functioning like new. Called diagnostic company and after they came to my home to check system out for themselves they refunded me the total amount. I lost one weeks time and spent over $1,000 for replacement for nothing.

They have a tech who sort of specializes in my system. Very professional, courteous, etc. So punctual, they were actually a few minutes early. Quickly found the problem and the part that needed replacement. However, they were so thorough that every window/door was checked. Excellent A+ overall experience.

Excellent. All aspects from initial contact, installation, and billing went exceedingly well. No issues. The installer was right in time and was most professional.

The job was not easy and required the guy to go into the sweltering attic (Florida). Running wires everywhere. Got my speakers all set in every room and outside so I can talk to the person outside without ever opening the door. Ran wires to get phone jacks in several rooms (yes, I have antique phones I wanted working). He was a real gentleman who never stopped working. Would highly recommend them

MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THAT I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL TIMES. EACH TIME I WAS TOLD SOMEONE WOULD GET RIGHT BACK TO ME WITH A PRICE, BUT THAT TOOK 3 CALLS OVER 2 WEEKS. OTHERWISE, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THEY INSTALLED A SPEAKER OUTSIDE, SO I CAN TALK TO WHOMEVER IS ON THE DOORSTEP WITHOUT EVER OPENING UP THE DOOR. INSTALLER DID A GOOD JOB OF TEACHING ME HOW IT WORKS. JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY.

The job went well. One piece of equipment that they installed failed shortly after it was installed... not their fault... and they came out and replaced it at no cost.

We liked that this company came out to the home to assess our security needs. Hate ordering security products via the phone. Unfortunately, there was no follow up after the initial visit. We received no written quote nor any further correspondence. Not sure if I would used this provider in the future.

Julian, Counterstrike salesperson contacted me very quickly from the Angie's List site & set up a home appointment. Somehow, from that point, the project moved very slowly. Not certain exactly why, but looking back it was probably 50-50 fault of Counterstrike and me. Once we received all the information on our possible choices & decided what we wanted Counterstrike to provide, things proceeded at a great pace. I gave them an A on Responsiveness because I'm pretty certain I contributed to the slowness after our initial meeting. Counterstrike has a showroom but we didn't go there, preferring to browse on the internet. Maybe we should have gone! Julian is a very nice young man and very patient with our questions. There were 2 times when I thought he should be getting back to me, but he was waiting for my call. So we can split that problem down the middle! After that we were both careful with our communications. He really did lots of research to answer our questions. Replacing the intercom system was the largest part of this project and we really wanted to get it right. The installation team was great, very professional and careful with our newly painted rooms. They had to come back out after installation because one replacement cover hadn't come in, but to their credit they installed everything else and then came back when that cover arrived. We had counted on their coming out & were not inconvenienced with changing the installation date. For us, that was huge. I would definitely use them again.

They installed the system correctly, on time, the first time. The system works and works well.

The service is good. There is nothing I dislike. I like everything. They have a very quick response time. I had something wrong with my system. They came out immediately and fixed the problem. I have never had any problems with them. I have had them for probably seven or eight years. They are very good and a very reliable company. My interactions with them have been great. They are really good people. The system is working great. I do not have problems with it. The price is very good. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

It was fine. Our system works. It was installed 3 years ago, they were helpful and they did a good job.

Everything went extremely well. The salesman, Julian, was very professional and even showed up the day of install to go over final plans. The 3 installers did an efficient, clean job, Everything was cleaned up extremely well at the end. Manager came out to go over alarm functionality and video usage. Everyone was friendly and professional. Their quote was the best of three that I received ( all were A rated by Angie's List). We are happy with our new system.

It went very good. They're an ongoing account with my family. I have been using them for six years. They have consistent reliable service.

It went great. We've had it for about a year now. We pay $120 every three months. I like it because they are a local company. They are less than 3 miles from my house. Their responsiveness has been excellent. We had a problem that wasn't their problem (a problem with a wire in the house) and they came out and fixed it. Very pleasant and competent. I enjoy having them in my home. They've been responsive with any problems and questions.

They are fine and they are still my security company. They always respond very quickly.

It's been fine. I pay for the service once a year. They just provide home monitoring security service. Works fine.

I absolutely love this company. Their pricing is great. There were a couple of places I questioned whether they needed to put some alarms. They said no, they were low entry places. They told me to save some money and not buy extra. They were very professional. I had one of the doors to remote locks. For some reason, the battery went dead in the first year. They came out and fixed it. I had a window battery go bad. They came out and fixed it. These repairs were at no charge. They've been phenomenal. I would recommend them to everyone. I pay for yearly service. They don't require a contract. You own your own equipment. They also removed all the old equipment when they installed the new equipment.

They were in my house for 2 hours trying to do the work needed and failed.

Dan from Counterstrike came by at the time he said he would. We had purchased two different receivers with the plan to ask which would be better. Dan recommended one and explained the difference between the two. He was very knowledgable and completed the installation very quickly. His assistant replaced the outside speakers while Dan was setting up the system. He noted the new speakers did not fit into the same holes so they filled in the old ones in a neat, professional manner. They tested the new system and showed us how it worked. They went one step further by telling us about Apps we could download on our iPads and phones to control the system remotely. Dan told me about Pandora, which I was unfamiliar with. I was able to sign into Pandora and download the App for the receiver. I like that better than dealing with another remote control. The entire process took only 1 1/2 hours. The price was very fair and both men were very friendly as well as helpful.

Overall I would say they were very professional and responsive.
