+ -1 moreCool Water Custom Pools has been a major disappointment. The construction of our pool and lanai area was poor and unfortunately Cool Water Custom Pools also severely lacks customer service. They do not stand behind their product and the quality of their construction was horrific. Additionally when you call regarding an issue they do not call you back. Please do yourself a favor and do not use this company for your pool construction.

+ -1 moreWe started out with 4 estimates. Eric of Cool Water Pools was very creative with his designs and we very impressed with the pools shown to us by his sister, Stefanie. Eric's estimate was competitive. We appreciated the assistance that Stefanie gave us in matching the decking, tile color, pool color, etc. The whole process went very smoothly and we have gotten many compliments on our design.
Description of Work: Cool Water Pools built our pool, spa and pool cage.

+ -1 moreEverything went great. They were very reasonable it came to price. They had the cheapest bid of them all the bids I got. The owner is on site everyday and well get dirty with his works. You don’t see that all the time.
