Great job on my pool!!

This company is not worth to work with. I'd recommend to stay away. They did resurfacing my pool and after a few months there were cracks happened in the new surface under the water. I couldn't reach them for a while and finally when I did they sent someone to patch it. They patched with a different color and they said it will be the same color by time. It's been almost a year and now I have a patch in the middle of the pool with a completely different color. Meanwhile I tried to reach them a number of times but I can't reach to anybody.

This was a great company to work with. They were very easy to work with. They were here when they said they would be. Very pleasant and respectful. Our pool was only down less than 1 week and it looks brand new. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about renovating their pool. Done in a shirt time

Took a 30 year old pool and made it look like new. Very pleased with their work. Could not give them 5 stars under customer service because communications between Coastal Pool Renovations and myself was lacking, but it appears that is the norm. In this area, it appears that other companies are the same way, not keeping the customer updated on the progress. Arrival days are vague and forever changing without notification. As stated, I would without reservation recommend this company to resurface/repair your pool. 30-year-old pool looks brand new. After the work was done, the crew cleaned up the area as if they had never been there.

Would have liked more communications on project progress, but they got it done well.

Very professional, and done on schedule. The refinishing and tile work are great.

The work took less than a week and the pool looks awesome. I highly recommend coastal pool To anyone and they will be doing my monthly pool maintainer from now on.

The pool was refinished as promised. They used Ixxxxx pools.I recommend using Island pools directly instead of this contractor.

Randy was prompt to reply to our request for a pool resurfacing project. After looking at samples and being overwhelmed, Randy simply asked what color do you want the water to look like? I wanted the color of the water in the Mediterranean. Randy knew exactly what I meant, he suggested the tile, cap tile, and resurface colors. He delivered. Our pool is beautiful. We were informed daily as to what work would be done. The crews that came were polite, hard working men. I would highly recommend Randy and Coastal Pools to anyone without hesitation. Randy was a straight shooter and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He was reliable and timely - great communication and follow-through. His team was courteous, patient and helpful.
