Top marks for courtesy, job performance, professionalism, and the appearance of the roof after the repairs, cleaning and sealing. The house was fully washed after cleaning, and even the plant growth was included. All will add years to a tile roof. And it is always a pleasure to do business with a locally owned and managed company where even the owner gets involved.

Fabulous experience from start to finish. I was looking to get the roof cleaned and sealed. Carey, the owner, came to do the estimate and took the time to actually do a physical roof inspection. None of the other companies quoting went up and physically inspected the roof - the repairs needed would have gone undetected! There were some minor issues found, which they fix as part of their service. Clean Roof is a FL licensed roofing contractor and, interestingly, none of the other companies I contacted for quotes were licensed roofing contractors. Matt, the individual who did the roof repairs, and Shane, who did the cleaning/sealing, were friendly, polite, respectful, informative and a total pleasure to work with. The work was completed when it was promised to be done-imagine that! Owner called, the evening the job was completed, to make sure all went well and that I was completely satisfied. Bottom line - a company who’s employee team members truly take pride in their work and in servicing the customer. A+++

Created a good impression from the start. Owner showed up at my house to give me an estimate. Climbed on the roof and took pictures to provide the appraisal. He discovered some things that he said needed to be addressed (repaired) prior to cleaning and sealing the roof even if I decided not to use his company. Straight forward, honest. Did everything they said they were going to do exactly when they said they were going to do it. No excuses!!!! The crew that came to my house was very respectful and thorough. A delight to deal with these folks! Their customer service is flawless. Kudos!!! The very few times that I couldn't speak to them right away, my calls were returned very quickly. I only had a few questions regarding what was going to be performed in my house since this is the first time I've had to do this. I moved from Arizona and never had to repair, wash/seal a roof even after monsoon season. I will use this company again when I need them as I'm very satisfied. It is rare to see this kind of work ethic these days (honest, timely, excellent customer service). I highly recommend them!

It went exactly as explained...first repair then soft wash and seal. The staff were very courteous and professional.

The work was great. The two Matts were friendly, understanding and proficient. The roof looks great as does the brick driveway. They were able to almost completely remove ugly oil stains from the driveway. The cleanup was wonderful (they left the home just as they found it). One of the crew came a week earlier to fix loose tiles and chipped concrete, etc. Overall, great company, great people and outstanding customer service.

Our roof required two visits. Phase one was to repair the cracks in the roof's tile. Photos were provided on the work to be done. And then photos were provided of the repair work completed. The second phase was for soft chemical cleaning and then sealing of the roof. For each visit, the workers arrived on time and were very professional. And did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and the end result. Not only does our roof tile look like new, but the workers also cleaned our siding, windows and driveway as part of the project. You can't go wrong with Clean Roof!

I couldn't be more pleased with this company. Karey the owner promised a lot and delivered exactly as promised. Cory, the technician who did the job and his team couldn't have been more professional or courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone. Quality of results was fantastic.

The crew was fantastic! My roof and gutters were very dirty and the each of the guys on the 3-man cleaning crew worked hard and diligently to clean everything. All 3 were friendly, answered the questions and concerns I presented to them, and made sure I was satisfied with their services and what they accomplished before leaving. The week before, a different crew came to repair issues discovered when I asked for a quote. I had with the tiles and cement on the roof and photos were taken of the areas needing repair. Following the repair work, photos were taken by that crew. And following the final cleaning and sealing, photos were also taken. The fact that they do this tells me that their owner, Karey, checks to ensure that things are done properly and as promised! Karey has a wonderful company and has hired a great group of skilled workers who realize the importance of not only doing what was promised, but going above and beyond those promises. (An example of them exceeding my expectations is that they also sprayed/cleaned all of my windows to rid them of any mold/dirt they had collected.) I highly recommend this company to anyone needing the services of a qualified and diligent roof cleaning company!

We hired to clean and seal the roof along with power washing some stone. They replaced several broken tiles also. The crew went above and beyond cleaning our pavers and other exterior surfaces. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

They began by inspecting the roof and took pictures to show what needed to be done, including necessary repairs, and also spent time to answer all questions. Very professional organization. Honestly never received such fantastic communication from a contractor before. From booking the estimate, to receiving before and after photos of the project, to getting numerous call from the worker assigned to my project, to a personal call from the owner thanking me for the business when the project ended - - I felt like I knew exactly what was going on at all times and what to expect. Highly recommend these guys for all things roofing.

It went beautifully. Roof and sides of the house look great. Also, they repaired broken tiles presumably caused by Hurricane Irma. They arrived at the job site at the time scheduled and performed efficiently.

Clean Roof did a wonderful job with our roof! They were the only company that we got quotes from that actually got up on the roof to take pics before giving us a quote. They identified and fixed minor roofing issues (at no charge once we agreed to use them for sealing). The roof looks great! They even threw in some window washing and driveway power washing to get the whole house looking clean.

He explained the Clean Roof process and we felt no pressure at all to sign a contract. Since we were on a time constraint with our community, we agreed to go with Clean Roof and are we ever glad we did. Company was quick to provide detailed quote. They answered all my questions quickly. The owner and all the workers I dealt with were friendly and very professional. Work was performed in two days (repairs were done one day, cleaning and sealing were done a couple of days later). Roof looks considerably better. Florida Clean Roof was not the lowest bidder on the project but I believe they offered the best value for the price paid.
