Clean & Dry

Hired the company to clean our Sherrill sofas in June 2013. He did not read the cleaning label or do a test area. The sofa turned brown stains. Mr. Johnson attempted to remove the stains on 4 or 5 occassions thru the end of June.. Finally told me he could not rectify the problem and would have to have the sofa re-upholstered. Since then he has not returned phone calls or returned . He has had his girlfriend call us on several occassions but nothing has happened and she has hung-up the phone the last two times I called her. She told me she was a little annoyed with me. I went to Mr. Johnson's home on Nov.14th and he told me to basically to take a hike and sue him. The offer his girlfriend gave to me was $200.00 which will not even come close to purchasing the fabric let alone the labor needed.
