Castle Rock Flooring

The man from Castle Rock Flooring came over and talked to me and he was very nice. He came over promptly and showed me the samples, but we just felt we didn't want ceramic after all, we wanted hardwood. It wasn't because he wasn't a good company, I'm sure he would have been good. But that's all I can say about that situation. The salesman came out to my home promptly, I didn't have to wait for a long time. I think it was the same day that I called, he brought samples. They simply were not what I was looking for. I don't want to imply that they are inferior, they just weren't what I was looking for. He did give me information about other tiles, samples that he could provide. After that I decided no, I don't think so.

We ordered 730 s/f of ceramic tile to cover the existing carpet in our foyer, living room, dining area and kitchen. There was some old flooring under the carpet that had to be removed before the new tile could be installed. Because we had several pets, we opted for the Tec XT (sealed grout). The contractor removed all existing carpet and took it away. The new tile was installed and are extremely pleased with the overall installation, the time involved and the professionalism of the contractor Don and his crew. The installation has a 2-year warrantee. We were so pleased that we asked for some additional minor tiling. Don was very accommodating and the second job was done very quickly. I highly recommend this contractor.
