+ -1 moreI had an agreement with the owner Ken to include light landscaping - specifically trimming two bushes just outside my front door - along with regular lawn cutting. Over the course of more than a year, and in spite of Ken’s repeated assurances that it would get done “next week”, Caserio & Sons Landscaping trimmed those bushes on one occasion only. Every time I asked he always gave me that same passive-aggressive reply: “Next week”. Sometimes the lawnmower is set too low and it chews up a bit of your lawn. I get it. It happened more than once and I lived with it - but demanding payment in full for services rendered only in part is a dishonest policy. Eventually, I had to fire them.

+ -1 moreThey come every Tuesday. It's $70 plus once a month they trim all the bushes and I have a lot of them so that's an extra $30. I've been using them for 4 years. They pick everything up.
