It went very well. They were very helpful in getting the right tile selected for the job and then came out and measured for the job. They were prompt and very efficient in getting the job done quickly and very well. We are very pleased with the lanai and will use them again when we need services they provide.

Only problem the day of delivery the gentlemen was two hours late. Driver had a flat tire. When he finally got here he informed us that he could only stay for about 1 1/2 hrs. So we had to reschedule for the next day. The management was very nice and explained the circumstances to us. Other than that mishap, we would definitely use their services again.

The young sales man that helped me was very good. I told him what we had already narrowed it down to. His price was right in with everyone else we looked at. He did not have a sample of the carpet I wanted (except for on a display rack). He actually took the display apart so I could take a sample to show my husband. When I called him back to order the carpet, he had someone out within a couple of hours to measure the room. I told him I would like to get the carpet in by the weekend so I could put my bedroom back together (we had just painted and decided the carpet looked too shabby to go with the new walls). He said he would try, but didn't know if it would get there before Friday (and he didn't really want to do a Sat install in case there was a problem). Good news, the carpet got there on Thur. and he had installers to my house Friday morning! The installer had grabbed the wrong pad and had to go back to get the correct pad...that took a bit longer then I expected, but the installer and his son worked diligently, and the carpet looks great!

Excellent job, very professional I would not hesitate to use them again.

The salesman arrived on time with numerous samples to choose from. The estimate was timely and the cost was very reasonable. The installation was very professional. I highly recommend this company.

Jay and team promptly responded to my request for a quote. There was a bit of a slip up on scheduling the measure, but Jay promptly addressed the issue and had someone come right over. Jay's quote was very competitive and he worked closely with me to assure the product I was interested was verified, ordering samples and even recommending a specific pad that would extend the warranty on the carpet. Jay kept me informed of the progress before the installation (product ordered, received, etc). The installers arrived as planned and patiently moved the furniture, and completed the install. I had a few pieces of furniture that I wanted to assure were handled with care, and the installers did a great job giving special attention to do just that. Jay's team clearly knows "good business". Was a very good experience from start to finish..

We consulted the list and went there on Sunday because their listing says that they are open on Sunday. When I went to their store, it says that they are closed on the weekends. Their listing on this site is incorrect. I called them back this morning, and it was about 9 AM, and they said that they were open until 5 PM. We drove 25 minutes to go back to the store at 3:30 and the Open sign was on and the lights were on but there was no one there. We knocked, rang their bell and no one answered. Then I called their number and I got their answering machine. The machine said that they closed and were probably with another customer. I am ticked off that we drove over there two times, and no, they are not going to get our business.

The installation was flawless. Very professional. Would definitely use Carpet Concepts again to re-carpet my livingroom and diningroom. The owner Jay Messina is a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

The original installation was incorrect, so the manager came out and immediately said that they would correct the issue and they did. This showed me that they had integrity. I felt comfortable and honest with his opinion even before we bought the carpet and even more so after we bought the carpet. We will be using them in the future.

Jay Messina - the owner of Carpet Concepts - responded immediately for a request for a quotation to remove our existing tile floor and replace with a hardwood floor. We had other quotes, and whereas he wasn't the cheapest we felt very confident in hima nd his company and after a little bit of haggling we agreed a price and a start date. They worked with us to start on the exact date that we wanted and their guys turned up right on time and even though tile removal is incredibly dirty and dusty they did what they could to prevent excess mess. The guy that actually fitted the new floor - Oscar - was a real professional and the new floor looks amazing. I would whole heartedly recommend this company for anyone that wants any type of floor and would definitely use them again.
