Have been a satisfied customer for more than 8 years. They are very responsive when service is needed. Use Captiva Cooling for maintenance and upgrades, including new units and total duct work replacement. They offer great products, workmanship and pricing. Could not be more satisfied with Carlos and his people, they are A+
