 + 1 moreThe plumber showed up within the timeframe he said he would be there and first came into the condo to inspect what needed to be fixed. The young man, named Mike, was very personable and pleasant to deal with. We discussed the issue we had, he made a recommendation that he said would fix it once and for all and immediately started working. He was done in about a half hour and he had removed the toilet fixture, replaced the flange, used a heavier duty wax gasket and put it all back together. While he was reinstalling it, he noted that the gasket in the supply line was deteriorating and it had a distinct kink in it, so he went ahead and replaced that as well. I would recommend them highly. The young man was a pleasure to deal with and a complete professional.
