The pilings are crooked and not placed correctly. The Trex is secure but is missing a lot of the screws.
Worst of all we just noticed a lean on our house because the permit was not finalized and we now have to repay to have another company come out, make sure we are within code and finalize the permits. The Lee County office told us they are no longer licensed to do work in Lee County.
I've contacted the company recently asking them to send us their plans for the dock and help us rectify the issue and no response. I would def NOT recommend this company to anyone.
"Yes, I know of both Mark & Rich Renney . They are not authorized to use my license. I did not now about this job, or the check would have been made out to Build All Inc. There is no Marine Divison of Build All Inc.They have taken money from several other unsuspecting home owners and doing substandered work. They have using my license and forging my name, I have been giving the authorities a great deal of information on several other jobs threw out the state. Could you e-mail a copy of contract and and amounts paid with dates. I have been dealing with a special invesagator and will add your information. Or would it be ok to give them your name and address to be contacted. A second conviction of contracting with out a license that can carry five years in jail.
