It went very well, I ordered Hunter Douglas replacement shutters for my dining room area to match the shutters I had installed earlier this year. Dave and his assistant spent a lot of time making sure that the shutters fit perfectly in the window openings as the openings were not square. After the installation was complete, Dave went thru the cleaning and operating instructions. Dave and his assistant were very courteous, knowledgeable & professional. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the installation as well as the quality and beauty of the Hunter Douglas product.

On time, efficient, cleaned up as they went. Blinds are beautiful fabric Hunter Douglas Pirouette totally motorized with wall and remote switches. Dave knows his blinds--- inside and out and the installation went very smooth and seamless. I am very pleased with the finished product which totally updates the look of the home. There are actually 4 seperate blinds-- each with their own motor then tied together so you can open all or only 1 at a time. I would use this company again for any window coverings. The only thing not perfect is the price-- it costs a lot to do it right and have it done correctly. But it was totally worth it-- I would put them on every window if I could afford it--- maybe 1 per year???

We stopped in the showroom and the salesperson was very helpful and showed us the selection of vertical blinds. After picking out the ones we liked we lined up a in home consultation to verify the proper size. The owner actually showed up and went over the order and took the measurements. One week later they contacted us to set up a appointment to install them. The installers showed up on time and were professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Blind and Shutter Gallery and they would be my first choice when I need shutters or blinds again.

We visited the gallery to view the available products. The employees were very helpful, took our information and said they would call to make and appointment for the owner to come to our home to take measurements and make the final selection. They called and we agreed on a date and time. The owner and his assistant were on time, took the measurements, we selected the product and color and the order was written up and the total paid in advance (our choice). When the product arrived they called and made the appointment for installation. When they realized the previous appointment was taking a bit longer than expected they called to notify us they would be a bit late. The installation was done in a very professional and satisfactory manner. The product is exactly what we expected. The provider was excellent in ability, knowledge of the product and manner. We would definitely go to this provider again and recommend them to our friends.

They were fabulous. On time, courteous, honest when there was a problem with the manufacturer of the blinds, came when they said they were coming, they came out and measured before the home was even built. They were excellent in every sense of the job.

Dave, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. Products were explained carefully and the process was carefully detailed. Installation went smoothly on schedule and tweaking adjustments were handled quickly and correctly. This is a top shelf vendor performing excellent work.

The installer stopped with an informative meeting before the initial work and went through all his products and how they functioned and how to clean them which is simple. I don't have much decorative abilities but he guided me along and supported my color choices. He showed up a few weeks later once the blinds came in. He left no mess and loved how the blinds looked. He also left some spare pieces for my vertical blinds. Good experience.

It went very well, though my only negative was the amount of time allocated to determine an installation date. The shop called and wanted to come out the very next day to install. We already had plans and asked for a different day. Because Dave is the owner/installer they were unable to give me another date during this call. We had to wait another week for installation and once again was only given a one day notice. Once the date and time were set, Dave and Juan showed up on time and worked very well together to make the installation go smoothly. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again in the future.

I read the reviews on Angie's List and called to make an appointment. They were punctual and displayed several choices of window treatments and provided professional advice as to which would be most practical. They introduced the Hunter Douglas Luminette window treatment, which I was not familiar with at all, as a possibility for our triple slider. In approximately 2 1/2 weeks they arrived on time and installed Hunter Douglas plantation shutters in all of the windows in our home and Luminette privacy/sheers over our triple sliding glass door. I had installed Hunter Douglas shutters in my previous home so I knew what to expect; however, when they got through installing the Luminette, I was amazed and astonished as to how great a solution they are for such a large expanse of glass. They offer privacy, sheer beauty, and total access when opened. I had them motorized and their operation is exceptional. They are beautiful and appear to hang in mid air when closed. I am so thankful they suggested this for my sliding door. The whole experience was fantastic. I recommend this company as a well-run business which displays total professionalism and knowledge of their products. I did not compare prices as I wanted quality, but I feel the price was very fair in view of my past experience having Hunter Douglas shutters installed in my previous home.

They did an excellent job and I will definitely call them again if I need work done. I had vertical blinds up in the bedroom and he had to put the new track in. I wanted to keep the vertical blinds because they matched the carpet. They were great about cleaning up after themselves when the job was finished.

Dave arrived at the appointed date and time to review our needs. Upon arriving he listened carefully to our requirements and then explained how his products could meet them and explained the options available to us. After agreeing on which products we were interested in he measured the opening sizes and quoted us a price. On the installation date Dave was running late due to some Hunter factory reps tagging along to better understand installation of their products. Aside from miscommunication of the arrival time the installation went well and product looked and works great. The crew cleaned up quickly and completely. Care and warranty information was clearly explained. For future needs we would contact Blind and Shutter Gallery again.

We reccied a competitive price. We were quoted flexible solutions to several problems. Installation was very professinal, aparently done by the owner himself. The only problem was a minor scheduling issue. The product is excellent. The result is very satisfactory.

Dave came to my house and measured the window opening. He brought samples of window treatments with him and informed me of my options. As I had already been to his show room, I knew what i was looking for and placed an order that same day. He said it would take about two weeks for the manufacture of my window treatment. That was how long it took until I received a call to schedule installation. The only problem that I encountered was promptness. I had to reschedule installation once because he was running behind and then on the installation day he was running about an hour behind. As it turned out, that wasn't a problem because the installation was very quick. I am very happy with the window treatment and would recommend this company.
