Best Way Tile and Marble

Do Not BUY. You’ve been warned. If they make a mistake you are screwed. They made a mistake and sold me the wrong color tile and refused to give a full refund. They wanted to blame me for the wrong color. Color was one shade darker than my original tile. Deceitful. Don’t be fooled by the 4-5star review. Proceed with caution Some of the tiles chipped within less than 1 year of owning. I’ve spent more than 3k and wish I went with a better quality company

Luis ( tile setter) and Claudio were polite and professional to deal with. They worked carefully to remove my old tile and replace it with new porcelain tile I had bought. They followed my instructions well about taping off the area to control dust and cleaned up well after themselves. Tiles were set very nicely and are a big improvement! Would recommend them for tile work.

Best Way did an excellent job on the project. As you look at the tile work, you would never know that they replaced and installed new tile. Everything blends in perfect. They were also very punctual and professional. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

after many calls to various vendors...Bestway was the only to respond quickly and fairly. The job was scheduled in a couple of days...instead of months...and was completed to perfection!!!

They did a wonderful job! Honest and accurate with Craig on Monday. They picked up the tile on Wednesday, and completed the job on Friday. Diego and Will were hard workers, very competent and quite personable. They answered all of our questions. I recommend this business highly and would definitely use them again.

Jeff and his crew at Best Way Tile & Marble tore out all our existing carpet & tile and replaced it with new tile throughout our whole house. Everything went like clockwork from tear out (demo) to installation. The installers - Junior, Daniel 1 and Daniel 2 were great. Arrived promptly and worked every day for the two weeks required to complete the job. The quality of the work is fantastic. We are very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend them. Excellent, Perfect! We had the best experience we could ask for when Jeffery, Luiz and Chris of "BestWay Tile and Marble" laid new tile throughout the living room and sunroom of our home in "The Vines". Our big concern was dust from old tile removal. They did an excellent job with a minimum of dust considering tile removal. They put plastic up to protect cabinets. They moved furniture out of the way, removed appliances, removed and reinstalled toilets. We would highly recommend Jeff as the workmanship was top notch.

Best Way Tile and Marble did an outstanding job tiling our master bedroom. We have a rather large bedroom that had carpet we wanted replaced. We decided on 9x47 Hardwood Tile, and Best Way came so highly recommended by the tile store and Angie's list AND they gave us such a great estimate we didn't even bother getting another estimate. We weren't disappointed. In a day and a half they had our old rug removed and completed tiling the master bedroom and two closets. The workers were as nice as could be, friendly, hardworking and courteous. The floor came out incredible, every detail is beautiful. We still cant believe how amazing our floor looks. We highly recommend Best Way Tile and Marble.

The job turned out excellent. The company and its representatives were always on schedule and on time. There was never a problem with the installers or their meticulous workmanship. They even cleaned up all the debris and left the job clean each day. 3 bedrooms (650 sq ft of tile) Took 5 days to do but that was not a problem as they indicated that the job would take 3-5 days. Very Pleased with all aspects of the company. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

It went very well. The price was reasonable, the people were courteous and quick, and I was very pleased with the work. I pulled up all the tile myself, leaving the thinset behind. I was very pleased with the way they cleaned the rest up and replaced it all with new. I'm strongly considering using them again soon!

We are absolutely pleased with the work Best Way Tile provided us. Jeffrey was extremely professional and honest when he came to our home to look at the bedrooms we needed tiled. He gave us a fare price and was helpful in choosing the right materials we needed for the work. On the day the gentleman came to work on our bedrooms they were very polite and ready to work. My husband and I were so happy they were able to move the big things out of the rooms for us. The tile setters were fast working and cleaned everything before they left. My husband and I were so happy to finally have gotten rid of the carpet in our bedrooms and everyone who comes to our home says WOW! that looks amazing what a difference. We would highly recommend Jeffrey and his crew to anyone.

Job was done in a very professional manner. Crews were there promptly every day until the project was completed. The owner stopped in many times to check in on its progress. The end product was beautiful.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. The estimate we received was clear and thorough. They were able to schedule our job really quickly. The crew that worked on our house was absolutely fantastic. They worked long hours and did a fabulous job. Each night the worksite was clean and picked up. They hung plastic to isolate the kitchen from the rest of the house on the day they did demolition. The work is beyond our expectations. The price was good and they did exactly what they said they would do. Communication was great and they finished earlier than expected. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. I cannot tell you how pleased we are with the work and the results.

communications was a little slow. however, jeffery's crew showed up on time, were very professional and did a great job. we had 1800 sq ft done in a french pattern. guys did an absolutely great job. cleaned up every day and did it within the time jeffery indicated before the job started. would recommend them to friends and family.

Marcos our installer showed up on time. He was very courteous and professional. Marcos was very helpful and suggested things we never thought of. When two boxes of tile were wrong he personally drove me back to the tile store up the block as my wife had the car. he talked with the manager and made sure everything was corrected. After the wonderful work performed by Marcus on our backsplash we decided to do our snack bar. I called Jeffery the owner and he immediately shifted Marcos's schedule to come back the following day and do the additional work. I would say Marcos is one of the best service industry workers I have ever dealt with. Marco's is a true master of his trade. Jeffery the owner seemed fair and polite when I scheduled the work from beginning to end of the project. I would highly recommend this company.
