The date for cleaning had been set up during the last week in October. House guests were to (and did) arrive on that day. I decided to give it a try again this week (starting Monday 3-01-10) since guests are again due early next week. Again she has not responded to any email or phone messages. Perhaps the company is out of business. I was swayed by many glowing reports about this company. Now I have to search again. What a total disappointment!!
Description of Work: They did not show up at noon on 11-02-09 as promised, and did not arrange to show up for a make-up as promised. The owner called me at the arranged time and reported a broken down truck - she promised to get back with me as soon as the truck was repaired. She did not.
