Description of Work: Walter Martinez of Balance construction helped plan and design the remodel of our home then did the actual construction. He informed us every step along the way and answered any questions we had the same day. His pricing was very competitive and he was very consistent and professional. I recommend his company highly.

Description of Work: Walter has done everything for us from soup to nuts. He is the best "handyman" we have ever used. He is a perfectionist. He is dependable, we trust him in our place when we are not there. His rates are very competitive, if not a little low. We love him.

 + -1 moreVery well!. Broad range of knowledge of all aspects of construction. The dog door installation required a lot of "thinking on your feet" as it was a unique project. All work was completed on time. Clean up was spotless. These projects were individually done, not combined as one job, so pricing would be for all combined.
Description of Work: Kitchen Renovation, new cabinets & hardware. Handicap hardware & pull bars throughout home. Installation of exhaust system through block wall. Fabrication & installation of large dog door in lanai screen enclosure.
