It was absolutely one of the worst experiences dealing with a vendor in my life. A rat in the garage ended up costing us $1300. I live in a golf club community and the former pest control company was great. Our associate dues handled any problems with insects or rodents. This company took over. Unprofessional and very young employees who don't give a **** about you. We were charged $1300 because we were told there was more than one rat in our attic. Not true. They scammed us, didn't show up on time or didn't show at all and they never answer the Ft Myers phone number. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE. Association management also informed me they're not BugFree and that everyone is complaining about them. Hoping we will switch companies in our development. Had I known this, I would have contacted Angies List for a reputable rodent removal company. I don't know how this company is even still in business.
