+ -1 moreI wouldn't advise anybody to use them. They don't warranty their work. They are very slow. They have poor workmanship.

+ -1 moreVery poorly. For 18 months there was no communication other than the Salesperson, who had limited knowledge of the building process. My phone call were never returned. When I did not wanted to close on the house, I was told they will put a lien on the house and take me to court. I will be responsible of Attorneys and court costs. About the master bathroom they told me that I signed the plans, which I did. The floor plan did show the rearranged bathroom, but did not give me a detail of the particular wall with glass blocks and arches. I was never told about the modification and since I had a model to look at and paid extra for this revision, it never incurred to me that they will give me something different than what I paid for. I finally closed on the house in May 2007, but Aranda did nothing to satisfy me.
Description of Work: In November 2005 I hired Aranda Homes to build their Veranda Model with revisions to the Master Bathroom, which should be their Vista Model master bathroom. I paid extra for this revision and got a modified version. The Vista Model shows the tub in the center with a walk-around shower and 2 shower heads. The wall behind the tub shows glass block and arches on either side of the shower. On my house the second shower, the glass block wall and the arches were omitted, which gave the bathroom the ambiance I was after. Other complaints were many broken and damaged tile throughout the house, which were painted over. Fixtures in the bathroom were dented and after complaining were turned around so the dents would not be visual. One siding glass door did not lock and when I complained, I was screamed at by David, who handles the Customer Service Department.
