 + -1 moreThe gym is nice but the equipment needs some help. Reupholsters would have a field day here. Many of the machines need maintenance and the pads need to re-upholstered. The showers are nasty and there are only 2 for the men's side. Who wants to wait to take a shower after working out?
Description of Work: This is a gym that needs a good scrubbing.

 + -1 moreAfter several visits I am very pleased and comfortable with my experience here. The centers are open 24/7 and provide a security key for entry during off hours. This is very helpful for those with busy schedules. They offer a full line of equipment to select from for your personal needs. Also, when you travel you have access to any of hundreds to thousand centers worldwide at no additional cost.
Description of Work: Our new medical insurance provider this year offers free fitness center enrollment as a benefit. I selected Anytime Fitness since they have two convenient locations in Cape Coral, FL. As a new member I was provided access to a personal trainer to start my new routine and familiarize me with the extensive amount of equipment. This was very helpful as I was new to the equipment and did not want to overextend myself. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

 + -1 moreI've been working out there for over ten years. They offer all kinds of exercise equipment to work our muscle groups. They have treadmills, cross trainers and so forth. They also have trainers and classes, but I haven't taken advantage of them. They absolutely offer everything that I need. I enjoy the place. I like it a lot. It's a very friendly atmosphere. I am friends with a couple of trainers. They are good and certainly know what they're doing. They are open 24 hours. It's like a McDonald's franchise.
