I would not recommend Allstate Exteriors We hired local Owens Corning â Platinumâ Allstate Exteriors and Restoration (also known as Allstate Exteriors) to replace our roof after Hurricane Ian. Their contract promised â an amazing installâ but instead the crew installed a defective roof and caused damage to our house inside and out. After Allstate Exteriors installed the underlayment, it rained in our house in more than 10 places at the same time. After the shingles were installed the roof FAILED final inspection two times. When we addressed our concerns, they responded by sending us a notice of lien, threatened to charge us 1.5% interest for every month we did not pay our invoice in full and to cancel our warranty. We had numerous professional inspections and have 100s of pictures documenting a long list of problems with the roof Allstate Exteriors installed on our house. Pictures donâ t lie. After getting results from the inspections, we asked Allstate Exteriors to replace our roof because we hired them to install a â newâ roof not a defective roof that is patched in over 100 places. After waiting a year we requested Allstate Exteriors to refund the money we paid them and asked them pay for the damages their crew caused inside and outside of our house. We waited for almost a year and a half for Allstate Exteriors to do the right thingâ ¦ they never did. We had to fire Allstate Exteriors and hire and pay a new contractor to replace our roof.

They installed new gutters and even fixed out soffit as well. OVerall it was good work and experience they did take a little longer than quoted originally. But were great to correct what was needed.

Your team did an Excellent job. Your Project Manager Brittany was very professional and very helpful resolving an issue. I would recommend Brittany in any capacity with Allstate. Overall I have rated Allstate and their technicians excellent and Brittany above and beyond!

Everyone represented a very positive attitude and very thorough assessment.

The project isn’t completed yet, but we are very pleased so far with how it is progressing.

Although the work has not yet begun, due to Hurricane Ian backlogs, this company has been completely professional in all our dealings. From setting up our initial appointment to applying for permits, they have been keeping me up to date on every step along the way.

Todd, my sales and contact person was very helpful and trustworthy. Everything scheduled was as promised. Metal roof install is perfect. Cleanup could have been better. I would and have recommended Allstate

I contacted Allstate Exteriors in Ohio on 7 October when I noticed water stains on our ceiling as a result of Hurricane Ian. Approximately 2 hours later I was contacted by the Allstate Exteriors General Manager for Florida, Rick Fritz asking me what was going on. He said he remembered me from having a new roof in Jan 2022. I told him about the leak, and he said he would have a man at my house the next morning NLT 0800. At 0745 Dave Dravies arrived and went up in the attic and quickly identified the problem area and said it could be one of two things-flashing or shingles that had been ripped off during the hurricane. Either way, Allstate was going to fix the problem free of charge. He told me Rick requested and received several roofers from their Ohio office and they would send their senior man out the next day to identify specifically what the problem was and immediately fix it. Moses arrived at 0810, went up in the attic, identified the problem area, sprayed the area with a solution to prevent mold, moved the insulation away from the damaged ceiling as the dry wall would have to be cut out and replace and then went on the roof. He spent approximately 3 hours on the roof repairing the problem area and was done. All of this happened in 3 days due to the leadership and foreword thinking of Rick Fritz. He knew Allstate in Florida was going to need every man the Ohio office could spare, and he immediately requested them. Heâ s also hired some first rate, customer service-oriented employees like Dave Dravies. Finally, his entire team understood his intent â take care of previous customers followed immediately by the hundreds of people seeking assistance with their damaged roof. Our son lives in Cape Coral, he sustained significant damage to his roof and is now high up on the Allstate Exteriors work list because Iâ m an existing customer. Who does this? Rick Fritz and the Allstate Exteriors employees.

Everyone involved in the process of having our roofing replaced did an A1 PLUS job. Could not be happier with the quality and esthetics of the new roof. Great company!!

Made us feel important and that they cared. Walked us through exactly what to expect and was done in three days once they started. I love the guarantee.

We ended up we didn't buy a metal roof. We got on Owen Corning roof it was $20,000 cheaper and had a better warranty. This company does everything to make the customer happy.

"They can do it one day" and it took three. Some minute details were a little sloppy (crooked trim, messy caulking) and I was told they couldn't be fixed. One major problem was fixed - our house leans, which I told the Project Manager, and the workers noticed it, but they used a level to put up the siding, which is correct protocol, but it ended up looking crooked because of the leaning house. After I complained, they did redo it, with some objection, but it ended up looking a whole lot better.

Had to have them return to finish cleaning up but everything else was fine.

Willing to work with me for financing, which I appreciate. I would have liked to see an itemized receipt to compare but only received a lump sum due.
