+ 0 moreTold All Septic that that need to communicate with their clients as far as appointment goes. I will now know what to do myself the next time. I appreciate that they knew I needed the septic problem fixed asap, however, I think they were price gouging. The same service, with the router and the septic tank being emptied would have cost in total $230 - $245. They wanted $$520. Will not use them again.
Description of Work: Called in the morning. Terry (dispatcher/secretary) told me that they were busy all week, but the technicians would call me the next day in the morning to set up the appointment. A septic truck showed up that day at 5:00 PM that day. The problem was the pipe that was plugged from the house to the septic tank. They took a power pressure hose and cleaned it out in no time. Then to empty the septic tank, they wanted $275.00!! on top of the $245 for a fifteen minute hosing job.
