All Around Tree

All Around came out and did a walkaround to which provided a verbal price agreement in Aug. 2011. We contracted them for the job in Sept. 2011. We signed multiple contracts(1 on 9/28/11, 10/4/11, 10/24/11) as the job was done in sections(front yard/back yard). The entire job was completely paid in full in Oct. 2011. All Around stated the plan would be to cut all the trees down, chip what needed chipped, and then haul them away. They started the work in Sept 2011 and the last time they came out was in Oct. 2011. They cut 20.5 trees down, never finished the job, and left us with a major mess with empty promises to finish. Our yard literaly looked like a logger yard with mud everywhere...our yard was totally tore up. From Sept 2011 to Oct 2011, All Around came out and did cut the trees down in a very professional manner. They did haul like 1-2 loads way. They had to stop due to the rain (as last year was a very rainy summer) and promised to finish when the ground froze. From there they delegated to a 2nd party who didn't finish the job who then delegated to a 3rd party who again didn't finish the job. From Nov 2011 thru April 2012, we kept contacting All Around for an update on when they would finish the job. All we got was empty promises stating they'd come back out and finish, but that never happened. Ended up contracting another Tree company in April 2012 to finish the job...which finished the job in 3 days time. I hope that this never happens to someone else...what a nightmare waiting apprx 7 month for this job to get finished by All Around and never did.

Three workers worked tirelessly and were very professional in both demeanor and expertise.
