All American Sealcoating Inc

The first day of the project All American came to our property and sealcoated the parking lots. They striped and stenciled them the second day. The following day All-American came back and took the barricades down so our owners could drive back in. Almost immediately there were tire marks and scuffs on the lots. We contacted All American and were told not to worry; the tire tracks will bake out in about 10 days to two weeks. They said if they don't bake out we should call them again. The marks didn't "bake out", and we kept accumulating more marks so we contacted them as we were advised to do. All American expressed surprise that we still had tire tracks and scuff marks and agreed to come out and look. When Mike met with us on-site he said he would get back to us with his decision. He emailed us the next day and said the company would reseal and stripe the lots, but he was backed up with work for the next 2 1/2 weeks so he would contact us with a date for the work. After not hearing anything from him for over 3 weeks, we contacted him again to schedule the work and we explained that now in addition to marks and scuffs, the sealcoating was already wearing off in several areas. He sent an email back saying he had looked at the lots again and felt they were fine and he would not be doing anything more. We are now left with lots that look terrible due to All American's shoddy work. I hope that anyone considering work on their driveways and/or parking areas sees this before hiring this contractor. We wasted $3,751.00 on All American Sealcoating, and our lots look worse now than they did before All American was hired. Buyer beware! UPDATE 9/26/15 - The company originally agreed that the job was not done correctly. That's why they agreed to redo the job at no charge. They did that in writing, so we even have that in our records. It was later, that they decided not to do it after all.
