They are always very honest and professional. I had prices to replace my air conditioner from $4,500 to $14,000. Airmark did it for $4,400 and it works great. No problems in two years. I always us Airmark, they are the best.

Our A/C randomly shut off on a Saturday night recently, I called Airmark and their on call technician was out to our house in North East Cape Coral within an hour. It turned out that the capacitor on our condensing unit went bad. The technician had the parts on hand and swapped it out right on the spot. We were up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival. They are a lifesaver!

My AC unit was replaced two years ago with a Rheem unit installed by CENTRAL AIRE. It has Never worked properly since installation and I have had them come out approximately 20 times since installation and my house is still ~83-84 degrees every afternoon. Unit can't keep up at all. A few months ago they said I needed a new coil and a UV light so the labor cost for that was $750, which made no difference at all. One month ago they came out and took a bunch of measurements and readings and sent the info to Rheem to see if they can figure out the problem. Despite numerous messages to Central Aire they Never called me back. I finally got through to talk to the owner Pete and he told me the problem was likely my duct work is too small but they still haven't heard from Rheem so I just have to wait. My house is HOT!!! I finally called another company- AIRMARK - for another opinion. Their technician said that parts of my duct work is too small and there is not enough airflow. They were supposed to call me back later in the day with an estimate. I called several times for the estimate and was finally told ( two weeks later!) the technician lost the paperwork! So I emailed a copy of paperwork and still no response with an estimate. I left about 4-5 more messages and sent an email, No Response! Finally I got a "receptionist" on the phone and she said "Let me see if the estimate is ready"!! I asked if they received my 4-5 messages and email and she said "Oh you're the one who needs ductwork, well we don't do duct work in the summer"!! No communication, no courtesy!! Just left me hanging:( I would not recommend these AC Companies - CENTRAL AIRE or AIRMARK or a RHEEM unit to anyone!!! One company - Central Aire (who installed the unit) can't even figure out the problem, and another company - Airmark - can't even figure out an estimate!! I am looking for an Honest, Competent Company to help!!”

Their pricing is good, they're available when I need them, I don't have to wait, they don't overcharge and they're great. When I need them they do things right the first time.

We didn't like where our thermostat was located. It seemed like it was getting some heat from the refrigerator so we had to move it. We have no complaints. My mom has used them for about 17 years.

My AC stopped cooling. My regular AC company was called and explained how busy they were and the best they could do is get a service tech to my home in 7-10 days. Purely NOT acceptable. I had company and it was a Sunday afternoon. My odds of finding help on a weekend, let alone Sunday seemed slim to non. But desperate times call for desperate measures. I went back to Angie's list and found a local company and gave them a call. YES they answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon. YES they were able to get someone over in less than three hours. WOW but thats not all. Literally 15 minutes after I hung up my doorbell rang. It was their service tech. AMAZING! I dont think the fire department could have gotten here sooner.. The tech was on top of his game and explained what was wrong as well as reassuring me of many things that were working perfectly. Bottom line my unit was back online and poring out cool air in less than 30 minutes. I dont think you can get a faster and more efficient emergency service unless you hired a pit crew from the Indianapolis 500. If there were A+'s in the ratings I would give them all that and more.

Return motor was making noise, called, had someone to my home within 4 hours. The tech had to go in the attic to check the motor to verify the part number of the motor, so he would know which one to pick up. Went to pick up motor, came back and installed it. Total time was about 3-4 hours for it to be repaired. They were very prompt and very professional. They answered all of our questions we had and explained exactly what was wrong and what he did. We also had noticed a puddle outside where the drain went out and asked if that was normal. He showed us where to look and how to tell if something was clogged or if there was excessive drainage.

I have used these people for the last four years. They are polite they do a good job and they are honest. At one time I was flipping houses. I had purchased a house that the realtor's heating and cooling contractor estimated the cost to repair the air-conditioner at over eight hundred bucks. I called Pete at Airmark he sent his technician over and repaired it for $95.00. They are honest people.

We have been using them for years, and they back up their work. I think they are the original people who put our air conditioner in, and we call them when we have problems, and they come and fix it. Their reliability stands out. If they couldn't fix something, they would come back and get it right.

I had another company in here several times but the problem still persisted. They came once, saw what was wrong immediately and fixed it in one visit.
