+ -1 moreJob started when they said it would and it took a little longer than planned, but the finished work completed was above expectations.
Description of Work: Demo old floor tile and smooth the old setting material down to the concrete preparing for new tile. Removed old appliances, removed kitchen walls, ceiling and kitchen cabinets. Hauled away almost two truck loads of debris and left a clean condo behind. I worked with Dave on the price but his son Logan did all the work with a helper. Dave and Logan were great to work with and Logan was very careful not to damage plumbing, electrical or A/C vents, a very good job by Logan.

+ -1 moreDave was great to work with & his son, Logan, was very pleasant & efficient . We will definitely use them again! We did call Logan again to remove tile from our lanai and also scrap the popcorn ceilings from our main rooms. Again Logan and partner did a great job and we would use them again.

+ -1 moreBefore contacting this company I tried all the thrift stores I could find in the area to see if someone would pick up our furniture. Several would pick up, but not on the day that we needed the pickup done. Then I tried 1-800gotjunk. They would come but couldn't tell us the cost until the day they would come and look at the furniture. We didn't have enough time to mess with that. Dave gave me a firm bid based on the furniture that I described. We thought it was a reasonable price considering how far a drive it is to our house. The haulers came as scheduled. They were very polite and professional. We had a sofa that was very difficult to get out of the house and they tried different things, always respecting our property so as not to damage anything. They eventually did figure out a way to get it out. We were pleased with the service - they were responsive, punctual, professional, and did a good job.
